November 13, 2022 - Deep purple color. Stewed strawberries, and raspberries on the nose with light cedar and pine tar notes. Medium body. Medium plus acid. Smoothed tannins still with some good grip. Flavors of strawberry sauce, coffee grounds, black pepper spice. The finish is medium in length with a bit of leather at the end.
