March 18, 2021 - Very much a cava. Not a lot on the nose. Fairly short on the palate. Just a hint of lime. Don't serve this too cold. Use as an aperitif rather than with food.

January 6, 2020 - Couleur doré assez dense. Dans le verre peux d'effervence.
En bouche, explosion de bulles fines, dense. Saveurs de pommes et de lime. On percoit une légère sucrosité, c'est gourmand.

December 21, 2019 - Belle prise de mousse. Un prédécesseur a noté des arômes de pomme verte et de lime et ça me semble tout à fait juste. J’ajouterais une nuance de pâtisserie. Il a moins cet arôme un peu chimique et chauffé que dans les millésimes précédents que j’ai essayés. Les saveurs suivent très bien et sont longues.
