    October 14, 2023 - Nicht so dunkel im Glas wie erwartet. Am Gaumen sanfte Sauerkirsche und etwas grüne Paprika - am Anfang war er noch recht kühl. Mit steigend@er Temperatur verschwindet die Paprika. Sehr ordentlich, aber nicht so tief und schwer wie frühere Amarone.
    3. Tag, 16 Grad: Etwas Leder, Pflaumenmus, kaum Süße.

    Im Vergleich zum Nebbiolo von Trediberri wirkt er am nächsten Tag sehr füllig, süß und breit.
