December 9, 2020 - This was a pleasure from the get go. Lovely aromas of toffee, figs, caramel, and soft oak. Lithe and energetic, with a silky mouthfeel, textural complexity, and tons of verve to the bright fruit, cola, maple syrup, and melted Tootsie Roll flavors. Long, seamless, and warm on the finish. Way too easy to drink. Really impressive.
