Fresh and sweet berry aromas with cherries and dark strawberries to the flowers and spices. It's full-bodied with layers of fine tannins and intense fruit. The wood comes out a little now, but it's so impressive nonetheless. Great vineyard. One for the cellar. Try after 2026.

July 1, 2023 - Helt fantastisk, var rädd att den skulle vara alldeles för ung. Men fina tanniner fantastisk frukt. En barolo i precis min smak. Värkligen otroligt fin just nu.

February 16, 2023 - Young, Serravallian Barolo: I love this wine; it is fruit-forward with moderate complexity, but the spice and florality are integrated with the fruit and it is a joy to drink. I don’t think you’d need to cellar it for a long time, but with most Barolo, it could probably evolve in interesting ways for a while.

July 4, 2022 - Some iron and smoke to the aroma. It has a dense core of delicious raspberry and cherry fruits. It is deep and chewy, tightly wound and long. There are elements of floral beauty with air and a finish that is stony and savoury.

August 29, 2021 - Den er på mange måder indbegrebet af en Barolo fra Serralunga d’Alba og en af de mest komplette vine fra hele området.
