November 23, 2021 - This is an interesting Cabernet / Shiraz blend. Mushrooms, dark fruit, sushi, and cola on the nose. Juicy on the palate with blackberry, cassis, fig, and dark chocolate. Gentle and thick on the finish like dark syrup brushed on the back of your tongue. Pleasant residual flavors of fruit with mild, earthy funk.
