February 20, 2021 - We ate it with Cassoulet and it was great. It would be great with grill beef, pork, chicken or lamb.

February 18, 2021 - Medium color, not much on the nose. Despite label claims that it is "deep. dark, and rich" it is actually very lightweight for a Syrah, although it does exhibit a bit a varietal character. Smooth and bland, it isn't horrible, but it isn't exceptional, either. Quite ordinary.
