January 12, 2016 - From 375. This one showing signs of oxidation. Drinkable but wouldn't let it go longer.

October 14, 2015 - From 375. PNP. Cork perfect. Color light gold. This is the least oxidized bottle from this batch so far. Nose caramel apple and some minerals. Swishing shows butterscotch and creamy acid. Sipping shows still significant RS that has not resolved. I am guessing that this was way sweet on release but had dense acidity on top of that. Don't think that this will ever reach that light creamy resolved stage that I enjoy so will drink last bottle w spicy food

January 30, 2015 - This bottle is oxidized. Nose all caramel, and palate vanilla w caramel sauce. The sweetness and acid keeps it alive but wonder how good it would be without oxidation.

June 11, 2014 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Nose with buttery bread, apples and spice along with TDN. Swishing shows good acid structure supporting rich fruit. This is dense and less advanced than the previous recent bottles.
