August 28, 2021 - pale straw color with youthful green tinges. one would be forgiven for putting this wine into Albarino territory, it is squeaky clean lees driven, precise, with no textural oxidation. this is SS fermentation for sure, green melon fig and tangerine. a very extreme example of this wine, but precise and fresh.
