Community Tasting Notes 2

August 22, 2021 - A bit grapey but pleasant enough with a steak

February 21, 2021 - Tasted with other Loire cab francs. Darker fruit on the nose than others, more savory notes. Medium tannins, cherry, touch of spice. More complex structure than an average Chinon cab franc.
