Community Tasting Notes 1

January 1, 2019 - still pale straw colour, nose shows the “cheesy”, slightly “oxidative” and lemony hints I find typical of aged Semillon, palate quite intense with very marked acidity at the finish, very good for a second wine, at its peak but still fresh, went very well with the scallops
