April 13, 2022 - Fonterutoli again shows superb Chianti skills! Bright, shiny and translucent ruby in the glass. Expressive and elegant Sangiovese typical nose - fresh, bright cherries, tobacco, herbs, hints of blood orange. Palate is medium-bodied, superbly structured w lively acidity, firm backbone tannins, bone-dry finish. V savoury, and just a pleasure to drink already today.

March 14, 2022 - A bit worried upon popping this bottle. But.... It turned up so beautiful and drinkable at this young age. Fabulous notes of fresh crunchy cherry, tobacco, some blood orange, blue flowers, sweet spice, grilled herb, leather and earthiness. Juicy, lively acidity on the palate and menthol-like note at the end. Lovely.
