  April 30, 2021 - this wine came my way last week threw QANTAS so i thought i would see if this producer has improved his style which was old fashioned on previous wines.
  On opening we have nice Pale green lime colour with a green lemon rim at April 2021.nice as excepted
  On the nose we have again green unripe petro/kero oxidated nose which you get as the wine ages in this area ,with some lemon citrus too. From a cool year so not surprising but Again older fashioned style here, which some people love , This style reminds me of the 80's Winemaking and so profitable for the winery as no need for oak here. Let bottle ageing do the work for you ah La Hunter Semillons.
  On the palate we have similar flavours to above with nice strong mid palate richness and nice balanced clean acidity giving nice length.Palate is better than the nose and happy with the mid palate richness ... Perfect for lunch with seafood best . QPR $12
