April 14, 2024 - Balanced, good weight and solid aromatics.

April 7, 2024 - Very nice wine that is drinking well now. Great nose and mouth feel.

November 11, 2023 - Straightforward Priorat; all the characteristics are there, but it lacks depth and acidity in my opinion. Good with burgers.

September 16, 2023 - I consumed this too young no doubt, but i wanted to taste it.

Decanted, waited 20 min, and drank over ~ 2 hours (yes it cahnged,a lot, for the better).

Very dark color, but not terribly thick/viscous, and clearly translucent toward the rim.

    Great legs

beautiful aromas - red and dark fruits, but also earthy and barrel notes of vanilla, tar/tobacco, spice, earth. Clear Blackberry notes.

Taste matches aromas. One thing that jumps out at me is the depth and the great balance of body and acid, minerality. 14.5% but you'd never know it.

Tannins are reasonably smooth and mature. Surprising!

Like a great Barolo or Rioja this is a wine that is huge in flavor and complexity, without being too rich or jammy. It goes very well with food - in this case grilled Lamb -- consequently.

As it opened it became far more balanced and elegant, and not as obviously "big".

I'm a big fan, and may have under-rated it.

July 24, 2023 - Lovely wine... I begin to really like Priorat wines 🍷👏🍷

Nice mostly cloudy dark bright ruby red color👏

Medium to full body. Soft tanines. Nice structure though. Medium minus acidity. Smooth. 👏

Nicely aromatic, spices, earthy, barrels, ageing but also fruits 👏

Similar complexity and richnes on the palate: dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, pepper, anise, hazelnut, cheese, leather, stone, plum, blackberries, cherry, raspberries all in an harmonic balanced mild way 👏

Old world wine at its best 👏

    Cheers🍷👏
