January 2, 2021 - Upon opening, it had some green vegetal notes like a younger cab but after decanting it was quite smooth and enjoyable. It worked well with braised short ribs.

November 18, 2012 - Our last bottle and one of our great quaffers. Sizable nose of blueberry cola and wood bark. Full mouth of lichen, blackberries and carbon copy paper but not much height. Medium length finish of almonds and beetroot. Shows no sign of decline so its best may be yet to come - that'll be for others to find out.
