May 4, 2023 - This wine is still very much kicking. Dominant elderflower on the nose with some mild petrol. You actually get more petrol on the palate that is quickly washed away by honied and baked fruit. Rich deep honey bee's wax, poached pears, canned peaches with the juice. Plenty of acidity and minerality to keep it from being cloying. An absolute joy. Very long finish.
