November 30, 2023 - Salty, chalky nose, mineral. Pear and apple notes, citrus and spices. Pepper, quince. Tight, interesting, much better than the 2018.

January 8, 2023 - Definitely sharp grapefruit with high acidity but as it warmed slightly it ameliorated and softened/rounded. I wait (with interest) to try again. Meanwhile, a score of 89.
