December 14, 2020 - Pale yellow, with some green highlights.
Cut apples, citrus, stones, then some sweeter yellow plums.
Good mouth feel, slight sweetness, good acidity, pears and a hint of marzipan.
Good Californian Albarino. A bit richer and sweeter than Galician embodiment.
