May 22, 2009 - very light very subtle very crisp and dry. would go great with oysters or boiled shrimp. Quite a value considering the supesized bottle

July 4, 2008 - Surprising feral and sorrel notes, not unlike thesan or some bizarre sauvignon, or possibly just one from New Zealand. Utterly fascinating. Only the brave at heart should keep this bottle for two years. Crown cap served just fine.

May 25, 2008 - Tart, acidic, and crisp. Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc, but with more sour grapefrut and wet rocks. This was nice, but not particularly inspiring. Nice refreshing drink for a summer day. Good value for what it is.

January 7, 2007 - We picked up this bottle at Central Market in order to poach a mahi mahi dish in the wine for dinner, than drank the rest of the bottle with our meal. Very light and acidic, with lemon and citrus flavors. I am not a big white wine drinker, but reminded me of sauvingon blanc. For the price, a great wine. Excellent pairing with the mahi mahi, risotto cakes and asparagus.

December 30, 2006 - We drank this over several days. The first night it showed mostly lemon citrus smells and very acidic, a little too tart to be enjoyable. On day 2 it had a toasty leesy smell, but the palate had settled down and also some minerals made an appearance. Much better. Day 3 the wine was drinking at its best for me, some leesy notes, strong minerals, citrus and still quite fresh. For $8/liter and topped with a crown cap, it is hard to imagine a better value.
