October 19, 2022 - Day 1: PnP - not much on the nose, slightly sharp on the tongue. Needs food. Indistinct.
Day 2: Tremendous improvement. Showing some herbal notes on the nose, black cherry flavors with good weight and silky tannin. Clearly showing its heritage from Montalcino.
Decanting is highly indicated at this time. -

April 21, 2022 - Savory, with roasted tomatoes and dried herbs on the palate. Medium finish. Well balanced, moderate complexity. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, tomato, leather, sweet tobacco and cola.
