    February 21, 2010 - Flawed bottle - bubbly ?!
    Bouteille fautive - pétillante ?!

June 9, 2008 - AMAZING color, looks as if it was liquid gold! Layered aromatics of smoke, pear, clove, custard, creme brulee, touches of lychee. Soft, oily and expansive on the palate with smoke, lychee and pear flavors. Dense Long and Layered. Nice balancing acidity throughout the entire experience. Best Gewurtz I have had.
