March 5, 2024 - Rich and jammy. A little bit of heat on the back end. I would give this more time to mellow.

March 5, 2024 - Closed even after a day it was complicated, some fruit on day 2 but too discreet. Way too young but had to open the bottle might have been damaged due to heat. It wasn't and the wine was too young...hard to get it right sometimes. Keep it the potential is there for aging very serious wine.

May 19, 2023 - Gentlemen's birthday weekend - wine tasting journey: Liguria & the Cote d'Azur; 5/18/2023-5/20/2023 (Perinaldo, Liguria, Italy & Cote d'Azur France): Limited nose, lush, round full bodied, however no (to young) tannins dominant. Most notably nose and taste. almonds.

Pretty young. After having had the 2009 Chaupin and Vieilles Vignes who were ready to go, I might not be patient enough to see any potential here.

Bought at Lobenberg Gute Weine for 80 € in April 2023, Market value is pretty much the same.

I clearly prefer the Chaupin here.
