Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Jessie and Max Likes this wine: 92 points

March 17, 2022 - Deep gold. Tree and citrus fruits on the nose, with some delightful notes of white flowers and minerality as well.

On the palate, both Max and Jessie noted the same interesting, pleasant combination of chamomile and butterscotch. The acid was high but in balance, with just the faintest hint of any sweetness beyond being totally dry, it was medium(+) in body and high in acidity. We both thought this was very good and wish Aidani were more readily available in the States.
