June 19, 2022 - Aromas of burnt caramel, thyme, stewed blackberries, tree bark. On the palate, lots of vanilla, plum and blackberries, touch of peppery leather. Medium tannins, nice balance of bright acid, lengthy finish, medium body. Very enjoyable! Paired great with stewed oxtail.

December 22, 2021 - Pleasant plum and tobacco aromas. Lots of ripe red fruit taste. More acidity than I was expecting but well balanced with very dry taste and little oakiness. Light-bodied and no significant aftertaste. Good on its own and paired well with BBQ'd sausages.
