  December 8, 2022 - Color: Transparent ruby. Nose: A bit subdued. Red fruit. Mouth: Excellent expressiveness and length. Raspberries and cherries. Enough freshness to counterbalance the slight cloying impression. The 15% alc. is hardly noticeable. It is very well made just not my cup of wine. The ideal winter wine. Still too young and needs a bit of aeration at this point in time.

  April 3, 2022 - Masterclass with Joe Czerwinski: Hommage to Philippe Cambie (The Dolder Grand, Zurich): Glass: Stölzle Universal
  Wine served chilled, at starting of the tasting probably 10-12 deg Celsius.
  Clear, deep ruby, almost dark color. Nose with lots of fine, a bit artificial fruit and herbs. Deep and complex.
  Rich, silky texture, lovely pure cherry, high, ripe tannin. Fine oak, some tar, salty mineral core. Good acidity. Surprisingly never hot. Very long and complex. 94-95++

  January 9, 2022 - A thrilling wine with incredible density, balance, purity of fruit, length and complexity. The wine blends dark red and bright red fruits, smoked meat, flowers, spice and licorice with peppery herbs. Powerful, yet refined, intense, and elegant, there is a fabulous sense of harmony on the palate and in the finish that makes this a complete tasting experience. Based on older bottles from my cellar, this should age and evolve for 2 decades or more. The wine is produced from a blend of close to 60% old vine Grenache and 40% Mourvedre. This is one of the stars of the vintage. Drink from 2025 - 2045
