Community Tasting Notes 2

May 26, 2008 - Pale gold color. Nose of citrus and grass. Medium concentration. Tastes of grapefruit and grasses. Somewhat acidic by itself. Went well with the sushi we had with it. Wine was a great foil for the salmon, snapper, fluke and clam.

I find this wine to be very enjoyable and refreshing wine. The acidity is bracing, and the main taste on the tongue for me was grapefruit. I look forward to drinking more of this, especially in the summer. The wine is flavorful enough to drink on it own, but the flavors are not so strong that will overpower the flavors in a meal.
