December 10, 2020 - Nuits and Vosne 2019 with Stannary (Zoom!): Picked about a week later than most, and there's a chunky quality that the other wines so far have lacked.
Very different approach - 100% stems and you can tell as it's very peppery. Not much oak used, and low-intervention winemaking. Quite bracing on the finish - needs time (and, at least in the meantime, food). -
