December 20, 2022 - On the palate, it is rich, fresh bread. Balanced by firm acidity and mouthfeel. The mousse is fine and perstent with a finish of roast caramel and white peaches.

November 30, 2022 - Medium gold colour. Very fine mousse. Fairly mild apple and yeast aromas. Lots of acidity at first sip but quickly gives way to a very rich and nutty taste. Lingering pleasant aftertaste. Great choice to appreciate on its own and paired well with spicy snack mix. Also worked very well with sushi.
