November 7, 2007 - Some mould on the top of the cork, but no noticeable spoilage after the bottle stayed open for about 20 minutes.
Deep golden, thick and shiny. The nose is sweet, slightly spicy and a little heady (in a beautiful way, not alcoholic at all) with dark honey, flowers and some cinnamon (?). Not extremely intense or varied, but pleasant and very long. No noticeable petrol tones. Viscous and syrupy, pretty well balanced, but better slightly chilled. The palate satrts with apple flavours when colder and gets more honeyed with apricot and orange flavours when warming. Quite long.
