July 3, 2021 - Light hay color. Aromatic nose of citrus, grapefruit and flint. Dry, rounded acidity, palate follows through. Light medium body. Fantastic balance. Medium finish. A classic mineral french SB.

January 17, 2021 - This is a really good sauvignon blanc. Lovely pale yellow in color with a huge aroma of pear, peach, apricot and ocean air. Flavors of peach, faint lemon and super minerality that lasts. Acidity is well meshed with a generally smooth body. A simple wine which was perfect with chicken.
