Community Tasting Notes 3

February 18, 2008 - Tasted at the winery. Closest thing to "jammy" I've found on LI, and not entirely in a good way. (LI wines seem to have a niche as austere but food friendly). Very fruit forward, but not much structure. Pretty good for sipping, but not one for the dinner table.

November 25, 2007 - very ho-hum. seems like there may be a decent amount of cab franc in here?

Very pleasant nose with floral blackberries and plums. Very clean palate. This is a very well made wine with very good character and poise. Very Good Indeed.
