October 10, 2022 - An intense experience of a pure-tasting Cab. You get the fruit, but you also get green pepper or olive streak on the finish. Definitely not aggressively oaked (if at all?), and meant to showcase a good length of fruit and savory flavors. Wouldn’t please a party, but would function well to accompany food and some wine-familiar friends.
