February 27, 2015 - C'est délicieux mais on dirait que tout n'est pas encore en place parfaitement... surprenant mais j'aurais tendance à dire qu'il faudrait attendre encore quelques années.
Note: notre bouteille a été achetée récemment et elle a vieillie uniquement 1 an dans le cellier. -

February 3, 2014 - après recommandation, J'ai essayé le Chateau Destieux 1999. Nez sur le cèdre, la prune, le sous-bois? Bouche rappellant les mêmes arômes, un petit creux en milieu de bouche, mais belle texture avec les tannins fondus à souhait. Finale passablement longue.
Bon vin évolué. Mais ne rachèterai pas.
