March 25, 2024 - Colour light green. Elegant, enjoyable, ribe, long. Malolactic. Not very profound flints or chalky taste, some very ribe minerals, balance however very good. Wish I had purchased more.

January 7, 2023 - Very ripe fruit expression, lemon curd, apple, a hint of pineapple, beeswax, honeysuckle, spicy spices and mineral. Very good concentration, nicely layered generous ripe yellow fruit, dense and sweet but also showing good precision, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral, and a long ripe yellow fruit driven finish with beeswax at the end. This is a ripe but balanced mineral driven Chablis.

This is a rich ripe style of Chablis with a very good mineral expression.

Excellent concentration, packed succulent yellow citrus fruit, rich yet retains good focus and precision, bright acidity, strong mineral, and a long succulent yellow fruit driven finish with a hint of honey and mineral at the end. This is a rich yet precise Chablis that is drinking well but will improve for another decade.
