August 25, 2023 - Pale yellow, energetic fine bubbles. Citrus, yuzu, green apple, nuts and cream. Long finish.

July 24, 2021 - Saturday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Not quite my style of champagne. This comes off a little weedy and green for my taste, and lacks the oomph that I like. And though this is more driven by my own stylistic preferences, I wish that this had more breadth on the palate.
