Community Tasting Notes 2

May 17, 2023 - Very nice indeed - fresh and easy drinking, but also interesting. Needs some air and don’t drink it to cold.

August 12, 2022 - Very markant sea minerals one the nose followed by lemon, apples, butter and nuts. Very fresh in the mouth with a fruity taste. Dangerously easy to drink, at least according to my wallet. Very good champagne, but will probably get a bit more complex with some extra cellaring.
