November 25, 2022 - Brownish gold in color. Enjoyable but for some reason didn’t do it for me or my wife compared to most of the dessert wines we buy. Maybe needed a bit more acid? Did not pair particularly well with any of several Thanksgiving pies either.

January 29, 2022 - Maple syrup, dates, cinnamon, cayenne. Very sweet on the attack, surprisingly spicy on the finish.

November 24, 2021 - An excellent Vin Santo with a complex palate of toffee, caramel and espresso. A bit more acidity would have boosted this score. I expect that it will last in the cellar for several more years, although I doubt much will be gained. A lovely wine.
