Community Tasting Notes 2

April 29, 2023 - Old note was too high. The wine is more settled and the alcohol is more present. Missing a bit of freshness. Darker fruit, a small hint of sweet concentrated fruit. No Etna minerality, nor salt touch

November 1, 2021 - We had it after a lot of classic and semi classic PN from bourgogne,Oregon and Germany. This one was heavy on the fruit. Almost jammy. Get a bit rum and raisin feel. A bit of heat from the alcohol. But a young well-made wine on its own. But not a PN. Not so much Etna character right now but a salty note was to find.
