January 15, 2021 - Croatian Chardonnay. Aged in barrique barrels. 13,5% alcohol.
Light golden color.
Aromas of tropical fruits, minerals and butter. Flavors of pear, lime and hints of butter.
Dry. Medium body. Medium acidity. Good balance and okay structure. Some complexity.
Long finish with pear and vanilla.
A decent Chardonnay. Works good with food (Moules marinières) and is okay on its own. 87/100
