June 10, 2023 - NNT wine club, June 2023: Maturation comparison (Brisbane): Muted nose, maybe needed more time to open up. Sweet fresh lime. looking surprisingly developed for a relatively young Riesling under screwcap, probably at or near its peak now.

August 23, 2022 - Pure exuberant Riesling on the nose - blossom, pink grapefruit, chalk, yellow apple, peach, apricot, it’s got everything! It’s flirting with off-dryness but ultimately (just) comes down on the dry side. There’s an incredible amount of acidity alongside the fruit, and that lime note so classic of good Australian Riesling. It’s so zingy from the moment you taste it and all through the long, citrus-landed finish.

May 12, 2022 - Medium straw in color. Strong petrol, green apple, and lime on the nose. A core of green apple and lemon with hints of petrol on the palate. Bone dry with a strong acidity that leaves the sides of the tongue tingling. Medium tart finish that centers on the middle of the tongue.

May 4, 2022 - Petrol and citrus on the nose. Lime, apple, and minerals on the palate. High acid, medium body, and a medium to long finish.

April 8, 2022 - Very dry and tart! Lacks a bit in precision and length. Was expecting more even though price point where it is.
