December 18, 2023 - Medium yellow gold. Flowers, juniper berry, honey. Medium body, satiny, only medium acid. Delicious fresh flavours.

February 24, 2022 - Deep yellow gold. Intense, vibrant perfumes nose, orange rind, honey and oily jasmine, and full. Sweetness tempered with vibrant acidity. Honey and Christmas spiced oranges. Interesting. Next day, has mellowed and knitted together into a rounded full wine, still with the supporting acidity - really good.

February 8, 2022 - Nice clear bright yellow, on the intense side. Mildly aromatic, grass, minerals. Medium body, medium to low acidity. Rich and complex - butter, vanilla, green apple, apricot, pear, minerals and honey. Long sweet bitter ending. Nice wine.

July 18, 2021 - medium golden colored / nose: very intense, pineapple, smoke, rubber / palate: medium+ acidity, medium+ bodied, excellent length, pineapple, lemon zest, apricot, red apple / glass I used: Grassl Cru / overall: I like the inopia blanc very much. It combines power and elegance. I decanted it for two hours. With this the smell of rubber fades into the background. This wine has an excellent QPR. 9/10 (special plus for length an intensity)
