January 15, 2021 - Nice unoaked Chardonnay. Aromas of apples, pears, lemon, a little bit lactic, a touch of white flowers. Medium in body, all about fruit, sneaky minerality, crisp and tart on the finish. Not super complex, but beautiful purity and freshness.
