November 16, 2022 - Nose: sesame, white flower, vanilla, mango, lemon waffle
Notes: actually to my surprise this is actually showing quite well given its age. This shows hints of a puligny montrachet in the beginning but I would say the acidity in the palate really brought this back to chassagne. Very fresh and easy to drink but doesn't lack the complexity in a good Burgundy white.

January 22, 2022 - Some petroleum-like reduction on the nose. Ripe, sappy orchard fruits at its heart. Plenty of wood spice showing at the moment. Has a generous, creamy lactic feel to it. Good depth of fruit and nice length.
