June 2, 2022 - Académie des Cinquante Burgundy visit; 6/1/2022-6/3/2022: Solid Saint-Aubin, good fruit and freshness and oak, clean and glossy, flowers and minerals and a subtle vegetal note, good length. Well made.

January 19, 2022 - Not getting much on the nose, a little bit of lemon peel. It's quite a sleek wine, pear, lemon, a nice balanced level of oak. It's almost slightly fizzy. Long, pleasant finish. Will be interesting to see what happens with age.

November 14, 2021 - Second Sunday Group: 1990 Burgundies (Neil's): Double blind. Pale color. Smoky and rich, with orchard fruit and mineral notes as well. Flavors of apple, lemon peel and mineral. Good acidity. Guessed Burgundy.

April 30, 2021 - Still feels (too) young. Pear, yellow apple, a sweet note, nutty, a bit of minerality and a touch of white chocolate
This bottle will benefit from a couple of years in the cellar
