    November 1, 2022 - Pale lemon.

Medium plus intensity on the nose with green bell pepper, lemon, green apple, goosebury, passion fruit, grass and wet rock.

Medium plus intensity and dry on the palate with chalk and lots of green bell pepper coming through. High acidity, light body, medium alcohol, medium finish.

May 7, 2022 - Light to medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc, Estate is an entry-level for this winery list; yellow-greenish color; classic fermentation, and no special aging for Sauvignon Blanc. A good/average notes, less fruity than some other similar wines.

February 13, 2021 - very light yellow/green, grassy, cat pee, lime, white pepper, wet stone, clean, crisp, medium acidity, green apple, tomato leaf

January 23, 2021 - Full bodied, crisp, green fruit based, elegant and stylish warm climate sauvigon blanc. Pleasant wine for current drinking.
