December 22, 2021 - Have not sampled this wine since the 2016 vintage...
On nose:light minerals and tart orange peel.
On palate: the above notes amplified, as well as lemon rind, sea salt, notes of thyme and hay displayed on a sleek , medium body , with clean acidity.
Great shellfish wine...can age for another 5 years easily. -
