Community Tasting Notes 1

July 14, 2007 - Aged 6 months in used barrique. Nicy spicy perfume, crushed fennel seed, some oak aromas, light vegetal notes. Sweet palate impression, turning to tart black and red fruits: raspberry, red currant. Ends quite puckery with just a bit of tannin. Good freshness.
