February 27, 2024 - For my palate, this is one of the best Chardonnays I've ever enjoyed. Primary flavor is the crust of freshly toasted bread. Each Aubert bottle sits somewhere on the spectrum of outstanding - it's just a question of, "Where?" I endorse the pros who rate this up to 100. For my money, nothing else compares to Aubert.

November 19, 2023 - Really great wine. Opened in error but so be it. A palate of citrus, almonds, baked pineapple so perfectly matched our Sunday night sushi.

September 18, 2023 - Aubert at its finest…explosive citrus flavors with notes of almond, lemon and hints of butter on the finish. This Chardonnay is complex and has great tension with nice minerality on the palate.
