Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Zweder wrote:

November 26, 1988 - Clear and surprisingly red, although there is a brown edge. Creamy powerful bouquet with red fruits, candy and oak. In the taste a lot of acidity, soft tannin, juicy fruits and oak. Slightly acidic in the aftertaste. Remarkable is the tannin which is not drying. During the evening the acidity started to play a more and more leading part.
