July 10, 2023 - Lovely wine. Lots of fruit. Gorgeous bouquet of fruit, leather forest floor. Very gently. Love these old wines.

December 5, 2022 - Surprisingly light for an Aussie Rhone-style wine. Nice fruit with bouquet of Fall spices. Fully mature, it is time to drink up.

February 25, 2022 - Mid ruby, browning to edges. Great aromatics, perfumes and spices. Lovely sift fruits, some raspberry, some cherry, some plum. gentle spices, clove and nutmeg. Decent acidity. Touch of the farmyard for sure but died back after a bit of air. leather, cured meats, woodsmoke. Really lovely, if slightly faded full maturity but so enjoyable still. Kudos.

October 13, 2018 - Lovely aged shiraz, with soft spiciness, elegant cedar nose and good balance.

January 20, 2014 - Pristine bottle. Fully mature appearance; lovely nose, open and aromatic, warm and vinous, vaguely nutty, ripe red fruit, hints of smoke and red meat, delicious mature Grenache; the palate is relatively light and transparent but there is no lack of juicy acidity or verve, with mature and vinous flavours, nice sweetness from the ripe fruit and attractive tannic grip; light but subtle finish, good length. Showing well at 14 years old, drink up.
